Client A: A multinational organization setting up its back office operations in India; having a requirement to handle large volumes for hiring. As part of the RPO, the end to end recruitment process was taken up along with assessment center. Careercruise designed and managed the process recruiting 300 hires pm across various profiles and verticals.
Client B: One of the biggest FMCGs; Careercruise initiated with recruitment process outsourcing and graduated to HR shared services managing 16 HR process for 4 businesses across 5 locations. Processes included campus recruitment, referral management, reward and recognition, exit management and a contact center facility for query handling and resolution.
Client C: One of the largest global banks partnered with Careercruise for recruitment process outsourcing for high end niche profiles in IT and Finance. Included both onsite and offsite model.
Client D: Another bank from UK with global presence, tied up with Careercruise for on-boarding of hires and training calendar management. In the on-boarding process, a backlog of 1500 files was completed in a span of two months along with regular on-boarding of new employees. The training calendar for the entire year was developed and process streamlined under the Training Management initiative.
Client E: The exit interview process for one of the largest telecom clients was managed from the Careercruise delivery center. Exit interviews were conducted across various levels in the organization. The results were studied to analyze the reasons and measures recommended to control the attrition.
